Sheffield City Council's Repairs and Maintenance Service is seeking a skilled Joiner to join our disrepair work team. This role involves carrying out repairs in tenanted properties according to the agreed works schedule. If you have a multi-skill set, it will be highly advantageous for this position.

Day-to-day of the role:

Carry out joinery repairs and maintenance tasks in tenanted properties across Sheffield.
Work according to the planned schedule and ensure all repairs are completed to a high standard.
Collaborate with other technicians and team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations while on site.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

NVQ Level 2 in Joinery.
Experience in a similar role within a repairs and maintenance environment.
Multi-skilled in other trades such as plastering is advantageous but not essential.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
