POSITION OVERVIEW
The Plant Operations Quality Analyst is responsible for managing operational tasks end-to-end while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to Plant workflows and quality standards. This role bridges execution and quality by not only completing work but actively validating outputs, identifying process gaps, and driving continuous improvement.
Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, ownership of deliverables, the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently, and proactive communication of risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
LOCATION
This position is hybrid based in Maitland, FL.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage assigned tasks to completion, ensuring accuracy and alignment with expectations.
Translate direction into clear deliverables and confirm requirements and deadlines.
Maintain organized work queues, track due dates, and ensure consistent throughput.
Communicate status updates, risks, and blockers proactively to stakeholders.
Escalate issues early with clear impact, root cause, and recommended next steps.
Review work for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with documented standards.
Ensure consistent application of Plant workflows, protocols, and SOPs.
Maintain accurate logs, trackers, and documentation to support visibility and reporting.
Ensure file organization, version control, and documentation integrity in SharePoint.
Identify recurring errors, inefficiencies, or process gaps and propose solutions.
Investigate operational or workflow issues, document findings, and support resolution efforts.
Contribute to updates of job aids, checklists, and process documentation.
Support process consistency by reinforcing standards through daily execution.
Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and stakeholders.
Provide timely updates and avoid last-minute escalations through proactive planning.
Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment on workflows and quality expectations.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or equivalent.
2–4+ years in operations, production support, administrative coordination, quality review, or similar (or equivalent capability).
Experience working in a structured workflow, ticketing, or queue environment.
Experience with documentation standards or compliance-driven processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to follow and enforce documented processes consistently.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Clear written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Experience working with offshore/vendor teams (preferred, not required).
Familiarity with property/title-related documents (preferred, not required).
Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) a plus.
