Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in real estate sales, property investment, or mortgage brokering.
Deep understanding of the Kenyan real estate market, property laws, and mortgage financing processes.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
High level of self-motivation, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in using CRM software and digital sales tools.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Swahili is highly advantageous.
