We are recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Partner – 3 days a week, office based

The Talent Acquisition Partner leads Head Office recruitment, partnering with Leaders and the Marketing team to attract exceptional talent, strengthen employer brand and deliver an outstanding candidate experience. The role will develop proactive resourcing strategies, build talent pipelines for business-critical roles and support workforce planning to meet future organisational needs. As the organisation's recruitment expert, the Talent Acquisition Partner will coach managers to deliver inclusive, effective and legally compliant recruitment and selection practices.

• Recruitment Strategy – develop and deliver in line with organisation growth as well as talent mapping

• Employer Brand & Attraction – collaborating with the Marketing Team to be a candidate’s employer of choice

• Recruitment & Selection – take a lead of all head office recruitment, from vacancy to offer

• Recruitment Capability & Manager Development – design and deliver training to support hiring managers in selection and interviewing skills

• Reporting – analyse recruitment performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

• Experience of developing recruitment strategies and partnering with internal stakeholders / hiring managers

• Experience of delivering recruiting training

• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation

• CIPD level 5 or recruitment / HR related qualification is desirable

• You will have the right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available)

• Our client will offer you a salary of £27,000 (3 days)

• Office based in Whitstable for the 3 days (9am – 5pm)
